- Scope and Applicability
These Terms of Service govern your use of kravx.online and any purchase you make through our store. They apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, your statutory rights under EU consumer law apply in full and are not limited by these terms. Where these terms conflict with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
- Products
We sell physical consumer goods online. Our store operates using a dropshipping fulfilment model — products may be shipped directly from external suppliers or warehouses, which may be located outside your country. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer law.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our store are in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable for EU consumers, in accordance with EU pricing rules.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our store constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
- Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
For EU consumers: if we fail to deliver within the agreed period, or within 30 days where no period was agreed, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
- Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal
Your rights regarding returns, refunds, and the 14-day right of withdrawal are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. EU consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
- Conformity of Goods and Legal Guarantee
All products sold through our store must conform to the contract of sale. Under EU Directive 2019/771 on the conformity of goods, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee against defects or non-conformity. This guarantee applies from the date of delivery.
If a product is defective or does not conform to what was described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund. Contact us at officekravx@gmail.com to exercise this right.
- Intellectual Property
All content on kravx.online, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and the overall design, is the property of Stefan Popczyński Holding or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our store without our prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KRAVX shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.
- Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our store:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
- To transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- To scrape, copy, or harvest data from our store without permission
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. However, if you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which cannot be overridden by this choice of law clause.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at officekravx@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably within a reasonable timeframe.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute amicably, you may also seek assistance from the relevant consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our store after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
